Adult Nutrition

One of Charlotte’s specialist areas is in weight loss and nutrition for adults, where she has had the opportunity to work with companies such as Morgan McKinley, Kimberly Clark and Utility Warehouse delivering workshops, private consultations and workplace wellbeing events.

Charlotte delivers webinars, conferences and one-to-one phone and Skype consultations, as well as planning menus and analysing recipes for magazines such as Stylist Magazine and other private organisations. In addition Charlotte runs weight loss clinics and group classes as part of her work with Brighton and Hove Food Partnership.

Nutrition is at the forefront of much debate, and reducing our nation’s waistlines has never been more pertinent. In addition poor nutrition can have a detrimental effect on a workforce and there is no question that a healthier and happier workforce is certainly a more effective and productive one.
