Charlotte is one of the top Media and TV Nutritionists in the UK having appeared on many mainstream TV channels including; BBC One, ITV, Channel 4 and Channel 5.

Charlotte is a confident and clear speaker, an essential skill when translating often very complex nutrition facts into public health messages for the nation. In her early career, Charlotte appeared a number of times on Channel 4’s ‘Food Unwrapped’ and since then has been filmed for ITV news and Good Morning Britain, as well as appearing live on Channel 5 News. More recently Charlotte was the Nutritionist in a BBC One series called ‘Food: Truth or Scare’.

Aside from her TV work, Charlotte regularly provides quotes and articles for the press on a wide variety of nutrition topics, as well as appearing on radio stations such as LBC and Radio 2. Charlotte has featured and written for most of the UK’s top magazine and newspapers including: Harper’s Bazaar, Red Magazine, Women’s Fitness, Women’s Health, Men’s Health, Huffington Post, Stylist, The Metro, The Guardian, The Sunday Times and The Daily Mail. Charlotte is also a regular in parenting magazines such as Mother & Baby and Made for Mums.

Lastly Charlotte represents both the Nutrition Society and the Association for Nutrition as a media spokesperson and is a member of the Guild of Health Writers.
