A few weeks ago I was sent a copy of this great infographic which helps to dispel myths about different “celebrity diets”. It’s a really useful infographic and I think it’s so important to remember that, just because a magazine says a particular celebrity is following a diet, it doesn’t make it gospel.
Always remember some key facts:
1.) Don’t believe everything you read or hear about nutrition (unless from a registered nutritionist or dietitian)
2.) There is NO quick fix to good health
3.) We are all individuals and there is no one size fits all with weight loss
