Most of you may know that I’m expecting a baby! Mainly thanks to the ridiculous amounts of blogs I’ve posted on Pregnancy Nutrition as well as from my work with Plant Based Pixie and the podcast I did with Laura Thomas.
My baby is due on the 3rd June (eeekkk) and so this little post is just to let you know that – although I fully intend to work in some capacity – I will be taking some time out, especially initially to be with my baby. Please bear with me during this time. I’m lucky enough to have people helping me out by posting my blogs and helping me to maintain social media presence to some extent. I’ll be tapping into these every now and then myself, but I’ll also have some people running them for me in the near future.
The reason for this blog is just to let you know that, if the content changes, or there is something that doesn’t sound like it’s from me, it may well be because it isn’t. As a Registered Nutritionist I have to be quite “on the ball” about what I say and what I don’t say, but this may not be 100% possible during my time out. Just a heads up.
In the meantime, I have SO much material on my blog and website for you to read. Some of my latest articles include blogs and vlogs on pregnancy such as caffeine recommendations for pregnant women, herbal teas during pregnancy and coping with food cravings during pregnancy.
Some more general posts include my sweet potato falafel recipe, my work around the diet of the female population and a blog all about what actually is healthy”.
