Speaking at the 2019 Baby Show & Giveaway Competition!

Speaking at the 2019 Baby Show

Next Friday and Saturday I’ll be speaking at the 2019 Baby Show in Birmingham and I’m so very excited to be attending. I’ve been to the Baby Show a few times before – as a customer, with a brand as their nutritionists and this is the first time that I’m attending to speak for me and my own brand (I’ll also be talking about Joe’s Wean in 15 book too!!)

I’m going to be presenting on the LIVE stage with my brand new “Weaning Masterclass” talk – a whistle stop tour through weaning – and I’ll be on the main stage on the Friday and the Saturday of the event.

Speaking at the 2019 Baby ShowI’ll mainly be covering:

  • Planning weaning and how to build your confidence first
  • What first foods
  • How to cope with textures
  • Safe weaning knowledge
  • Role modelling and
  • Common myths/FAQs that I get from people following me on social media too.

Let me know if you’ll be coming along to the baby show and/or my talk…5 lucky pairs of winners received tickets to The Baby Show on my Instagram page too, so I really hope to see some of them there and during my talk on the days!

Competition!!

I’m also using the event to join forces with Tommee Tippee, who I have worked with before and who have recently asked me to be part of a panel of experts reviewing their products and feeding back on them with my honest opinions.

As part of this panel and because it’s National Weaning Week, I’m running a little competition for one lucky winner to win a Tommee Tippee Weaning Hamper which includes a Tommee Tippee Steamer Blender.

The Steamer Blender:

A couple of years ago (when I was 8.5 months pregnant with Raffy!) I ran an event for Tommee Tippee, demonstrating to people at the Baby Show how to make up some simple, delicious recipes for babies using the steamer blender. I also actually used it a lot more than I thought I would myself during weaning Raffy. This was because you can actually make the textures really thin or quite lumpy. I also used it when Raffy moved away from mash and purees to family meals for making up sauces for him and me to have alongside pasta/potato/quinoa etc too.

So for this competition, I’m going to be giving away one of these Steamer Blenders as well as some cups, bowls and a cutlery set. I’m also going to include one of their very popular “no knock cups” which are completely open cups that have a clever base to stop them being knocked over by accident.

Head over to my Instagram account to find out HOW you can enter and be in with a chance of winning all of the above.

I really hope to see you at the Baby Show next week – come and find me for a chat!

Charlotte xx
