Charlotte’s BRAND NEW podcast is now available!
How to Feed With Charlotte Stirling-Reed
What’s the Podcast About?
How to Feed is all about feeding KIDS—whether they’re babies, toddlers, or bigger kids. Charlotte will talk through different areas of feeding kids to give you advice, share tips, and most importantly, boost your confidence in feeding your little ones.
What Topics are Covered?
The podcast will covering everything from the early days of weaning to tackling fussy eating, mealtime overwhelm, and how to create a healthy, balanced diet for your whole family. Each week will be themed, so we’ll take a deep dive into a specific topic and break it down in a way that’s easy to understand and apply.
In this first series, the topics covered are broken down into two episodes:
Episode 1
Every week, Charlotte sits down with a special celebrity guest.
They’ll share their personal stories and experiences with feeding their kids—from weaning to fussy eating, to how they navigate mealtimes as a family.
These conversations will be real, honest, and sometimes a bit surprising—because even celebrities have their share of mealtime struggles!
Episode 2
In this episode it’s just Charlotte.
No guests, just Charlotte diving into a specific feeding topic and sharing her top tips.
Whether it’s weaning advice, dealing with fussy eaters, or answering the common questions Charlotte hears from parents every day, to give you practical advice that you can take away and use right away.
Charlotte’s poured her heart into this podcast, drawing from many years of experience as a child nutritionist and the thousands of conversations she’s had with parents. Whether you’re just starting out with baby-led weaning or trying to figure out how to get your toddler to eat something other than pasta (we’ve all been there!), this podcast is for you.
Charlotte says “I can’t wait for you to hear the amazing advice and stories from our celebrity guests—they’re being so open about their own feeding journeys, and I think you’re really going to love these conversations. And of course, I’m excited to share my own insights and knowledge from over a decade of working in this field.”

Charlotte’s Testimonials
“We absolutely loved the weaning course, we covered it in the two separate parts and kept checking in on episodes as we went through our weaning journey with our little one. Having a little one means you don’t have much spare time to do a course, but this course is perfect for that because the episodes are so short and succinct…
I learnt so much being a first-time Mum and our weaning journey couldn’t have gone better. We also used Charlotte’s weaning book alongside the course and completed the 30-day plan. Our little one will eat/try anything. All the Mums at my baby groups ask me how we did it because they have to add fruit/something sweet to every meal to get their little one to eat it. But our little one loves it all, it’s been so reassuring as a Mum. Our little one did have an adverse reaction to quinoa as part of the 30-day plan, but with the course and book allergen guidance we knew it was a delayed reaction and what the next steps were…
I recommend Charlotte’s course and book to all Mums and it’s going to be a gift I give to my friends and family when they come to weaning their little ones.”
