Charlotte Stirling-Reed’s Children’s Vitamin Drops Advice
Created for Parents. Backed by Science. Inspired by You.
For years, I’ve been asked the same question by parents: “What supplements should I give my child?” And for years, I’ve struggled to give a confident answer. Not because the need wasn’t there…but because I couldn’t find anything I truly believed in. Nothing met the standards I wanted for my own children, let alone the families I support every day.
So I decided to change that.

After more than three years of research, development, and countless hours refining every detail, I’m proud to introduce my very own range of nutritional supplements for young children. These products are the result of a personal mission: to cut through the confusion and offer parents something they can genuinely trust.
I’ve poured everything into this, from the evidence base to the ingredient choices, the dosages, the formats, and even the way they taste. I wanted to create something simple, effective, and rooted in science. Something that reflects the real needs of children from 6 months to 5 years old. Something I’d recommend without hesitation.
I’m incredibly grateful to Cytoplan for helping bring this vision to life. They’ve gone above and beyond to meet my (very!) specific and challenging criteria, and I couldn’t have asked for a better partner to help make this happen.
A Range Designed to Support Every Child
Whether you’re just starting your weaning journey or navigating the toddler years, there’s a product in this range to suit your child’s stage and needs. Each one is free from unnecessary additives, any sweeteners, or sugars and isn’t in a choking hazard shape or essentially a sweet for kids to have first thing in the morning. The drops created here can be added to food, drinks, or given directly on the tongue.

Charlotte’s Testimonials
I thought she was really interesting, giving lots of useful, practical information and top tips. Her delivery and presentation was good, an easy going, relaxed but professional style that kept us all engaged and a most useful external speaker. As a self employed practitioner myself, I thought she presented a realistic but encouraging view of what to expect and am sure she inspired many to take the plunge when they graduate.
