Forget what you currently think about comfort foods! Winter warming comfort foods don’t have to involve high calories and zero nutrients. There are PLENTY of delicious, warming, healthy foods that will give you energy, a dose of nutrients and a buzz to keep you happy during cold winter months. Throughout January – with the return to work and the post-Christmas blues – there is no better time to start focusing on tasty, warming comfort foods.
